Anybody contained by this situation ever congregate their adoptive parents/grandparents?
Heres the situation: We just had a daughter and he was adopt. We know what city he was adopted from, but that is more or less it except that he was adopted at 2 months old, but be in foster care until then. He needed to search for his parents while I was pregnant but ever since he hasn't mentioned it. I don't want to bring it up ever because its his decision to ever engineer a move to do anything, but how do you go about doing that without minister to from his adoptive parents? Also-if he were to ever die, and my daughter wanted to find her adoptive grandparents would she be able to? If nearby were something medically necessary?

He should contact the state dept of human services in the state where on earth he was adopted. There is an adoption unit (office) that can report to him what information he is entitled to. Possibly he can get some records.
The government webpages will let somebody know how to find the deptments. Or, look in the government section surrounded by the phone directory.
Also, he could join a search/support group in that state. You can google for adoption support groups.
It is best to do this before a medical problem arises.

My opinion is that it DOES concern YOU now, too, since it concerns your child. I would natter to your husband about how important it is to you and could be for your daughter to at least hold medical information. Give him some time to do this in his own way and let him purloin the lead, but tell him that if he doesn't get this information, you, at some point, will. Be merciful and understanding of his feelings.
