Can i really be put up for adoption?
im 15 year old male, nothings is wrong with me, im not insane, nor retarted, im not to bright though i with the sole purpose get C's and B's in school, so yeah im if truth be told really normal, i play football and im starting varsity, my parents are looking for a way to put me up for adoption even though i did nothing wrong they are freshly really F***ed up, so can i really be put up for adoption?
I imagine you could be before the age of 16, I'm sure not masses people do want to adopt a child in their teens.
However I feel a short time ago awful that a person could be in this situation, maybe you could look into anyone emancipated. Basically; divorcing your parents and being able to finish raising yourself, yourself.

no, it couldn't happen!! u r 15 now and before u could be eligible for adoption you would requirement to become a crowd ward of a child and family services which takes some time. At the age of 16, you would be able to sign yourself out of fastidiousness if u do become involved with the children's aid.
in regards to your parents threatening you, speak to your conservatory counsellor your contact the children's aid in your community to be advised of your rights and be linked to some counselling to assist your family.

hmm..i think you can...until ur any an adult to the eyes of the government or if u have any other endorsed guardian, then u can live with him or her, otherwise i think in that is a chance for adoption. but i'm not sure. why don't you talk to your school counselor or don, they might have more information.
Its not that easy, I would tell someone roughly speaking this. A school councelor maybe. They can volunarily place you into state custody, but it takes time for them to lose or sign over rights. If here is someone willing to take you in, or adopt you, after yes. Its that simple. Happend to my sister and I. However we were not give over, the state took custody of us for abuse, consequently they just signed us over. Gave up. You dont need them anyways.

However, there would be multiple court hearing and a long period of examinations by psychological experts because your parents would have to prove that giving away their parental rights is necessary - not lately that their lives would be easier, but that they can't support you or that you're some kind of threat to them. You're also old enough that you could go and get a court-appointed guardian to fight them on it. Frankly, by the time it all worked its way through the courts you'd be 18 anyway.
That's a really rotten style for your parents to behave, if you ask me.
