and yes you do have to remuneration quite a lot but if you realy want this child and think you can proposal it a better life than others then its worth it
yes its about 20k confidently you have to hire a lawyer and the paperwork is massive. Good luck adopting a child if you are single its particularly tough

Good Luck. There is a long waiting list for latest borns, and you will not get one if you are 20 and single unless you have millions to buy one on the black market or settle up some private adoption agency.

To be honest I have no idea, but you should ask the agency where you'll be adopt since you're going to be the parent. [or if you're going to become the parent.]
But I don't think you'll have to pay.
What I know though it'll be similar to foster care for a while: will you provide the needs and is it safe, wearing clothes income etc.
