Can parents of a minor dig out for the biological birth parents?

Can the parents of a minor (17) search for the biological parents of the child since the child cannot at the proper age yet?
If they are willing to they can. There is no aim why not other then their personal choice to help or not.
Yes. Relinquishment of a child is NOT a promise of anonymity or privacy.

In the US we are guaranteed freedom of association (barring Court Ordered restraints):

"Freedom of association is the individual right to come together with other individuals and collectively express, promote, pursue and defend adjectives interests.[1] The right to freedom of association has been included in a little national constitutions and human rights instruments, including the US constitution..."

Answers:    Yes, of course. (They own Freedom of Association in Canada as far as I'm aware!) What a lovely thing to do for the young full-grown, best of luck :) Source(s): American Adoptee in the UK
YES they can, and how cool of you to do so. Most of it hinges on you, being the adoptive parent, being open to the idea anyway, since the child is under age.
