Oregon surrogacy regulation?

I know that in Oregon, the law says that the surrogate mother cannot be salaried for the birth of the child. The question I have is about relinquishment at birth. If we use the surrogate's own eggs, do we want to adopt the child? In some states, the intended parents become the legal parents at birth, but often that's only beside gestational surrogacy (birth mother has no genetic connection to the fetus).

If you have any info, I'd really appreciate it~

You will have to adopt the child no matter who the eggs belong to. The woman who give birth to the child is the first Mother, and will be on the child's original birth certificate. You and your wife will have to consequently adopt the child, unless your sperm has been used. If your sperm was used, only just your wife will have to adopt the baby. This is in most states. Please hold on to a copy of the child's original birth certificate. You child will want to know his or her first Mother at some time in their energy.
