If you both [the boy and girl] agree it was consensual then the regulation enforcement can't to much because in most places there is the 4 year difference law. so if your 16 and you try to date a 21 year out-of-date that is illegal. if your 16 and try to do a 18 year old it is singular a 2 year difference so i am guessing its not illegal. If she just turned 18 and you can prove the time of conception was when she be 17 then that could be helpful. Nothing to worry roughly
