Well, and this is a long answer, chimpanzees own a small penis and large testicles. Large testes are related to lack of monogamy in animals, while a colossal penis and relatively smaller testicles are related to strong pair bonding in humans and other primates and monkeys (including marmosets).
So, if you want to compare humans to apes, next those with large testicles usually have small phalli, are not dedicated, and are well, you figure out the temperament of chimps. To me to have big ball is to not be a very awesome or worthy male.
