the only article you can do is proveto them you can be a good mother and you can take care of your kid (that should earn points near the grandma) and for you sister help her be excited that shes a aunt
Just act normal. Be yourself. If your sister or grandma perform ackward with the baby girl pull them aside and share them that you made a proud decion to keeping this baby. She is not a punishment or anything bad so they should be acting awkward.

it may be awkward. but it'll only be more awkward if you make it that way. when your clan comes, don't pause to be happy. hug them. tell them how much you've missed them. introduce them to your toddler. without hesitation. if you are apprehensive, you'll make the situation more difficult than it requirements to be. good luck.
