My 12 year antediluvian cousin go to a drugstore to buy some condoms. The desk clerk wouldn't agree to him buy it?
Is that illegal for the cashier lady denying my cousins purchases? She be in her mid 20's. I don't understand why she wouldn't sell it to him.. Can't you be any age to buy?
Yes you can buy condoms at any age, the cashier probably didnt want him to own sex and thought not letting him buy them would stop him..
I don't effort how old the person was that go to buy them, what that cashier did was ILLEGAL and they completely deserved to be fired for their actions. You cannot stay away from to sell a product with no age limit on it. It's nouns and it has no place in the year 2009. If you had to be over 18 to buy condoms, after what she did would have been okay... but you do not have to be an full-grown to buy condoms. They were wrong, end of story. If that happend to my child you bet your *** I would be in motion back down to that store with my child, find the cashier, complain to the head, and make sure that cashier is fired! I would not have departed the store until that cashier was not allowed to come final! You can get fired for short changing a draw, so you sure in hell should acquire fired for risking the health of someone.

But i sill think she should have permit him buy it, it is none of her concern what purpose he is going to use it for, nor it is any of her business so she must put aside her beliefs and let him buy it. No I don't think it's illegal for her to turn down him condoms, but it should be illegal for her to refuse him condoms. It most likely is not going to stop him from have sex, and if he has sex and the girl ends up pregnant or one of them ends up with an STD, then uh yeah, it's big-hearted of HER fault. If they're 12 though, I don't think they should be having sex this hours of daylight in age. No, go back to the store and bring back the condoms. She should know better.
