It's from Delia's. It's one of the less expensive belts we hold, and I've seen it on several girls in fitting rooms and it looks great. The elastic around the hindmost makes it stretchy and helps it fit better.
The Delia's near you may not own belts in store; if not, they should have a phone within store where you can order it from the catalog and get free shipping, so it'll be lately like you bought it in the store.
