nope. not technically anyways at theaters they are not supposed to let someone into a pg-13 movie unless they are 13 they might permit him in whether it be due to them not caring or they think he looks 13. also depending on the movie might effect how much they check for age
i am sure that they can half the time they dont even check for ID on rated R movies but if you want to be sure then return with the ticket online.
