I try hold a journal everyday about what I did during the day, how I have a feeling, what is going on at the moment in the world and I might stick in a picture, newspaper clipping or draw a picture that sums up me on that light of day.
Write about anything a journal is a personal thing write roughly speaking, the weirdest thing that has happened to you, put on some music and only just write to the music and see what you end up with or try rename your world and your friends and family. enjoy fun with it :)
