13 year prehistoric girl's birthday bash philosophy? Please read the inside...?
My niece is turning 13 in four days and still hasn't thought up a birthday party idea. My sister, (her mother) doesn't want this at their house since they'd adjectives be cooped up inside; its supposed to rain. Their budget is limited and doesn't want to spend a lot. My niece doesnt approaching the following ideas I have given her:
Movies
Bowling
Dress up
Spa Party
She does like Amazing Race/ Fear Factor, but those would inevitability to be outdoors most likely. Help please?
Well, you could rent a place, like a recreational center and hold a dance/party.
It would be supervised, of course, but it would administer her the sense of "being grown up".
I'd do that as I'm thirteen but I'm too shy.

I think a mall scavenger hunt would be a great idea. Also, perchance try after the scavenger hunt going to a hotel and renting a room, one with a pool but still not expensive. Bring a radio and tell everyone to bring their favorite CD and enjoy a dance-off. Do eachother's hair, nails, talk, swim, rent a movie, bring a pizza, soda, and rime cream. That's what I would want to do. I hope I helped!
