okay. It's really simple really. Take off the plastic packaging and open your legs. Stick the top (the rounded part) of the applicator "contained by there" just the way it fits. And push the little button thingy all the agency up, andthen pull the casing out.
ok you stick the applicator in then push the skinnier chunk all the way so the tampon comes out then verbs out the applicator.

Well If You Are Going To School You Can Go To A School Nurse. Or You Can Just Try To Talk To Your Mom. Tell Her You Want To Try Tampons, And Ask If You Can Get Your Own. Then They Will Have The Instructions. Or Else You Just Take It, Put Your Hands On The End Of The Fat Part Of The Tampon (closest to the skinny part) And Shove It Up, Then Push The Skinny Part (this will release the tampon) And Then When You Take It Out Just Pull The String. Hope This Helps!!
i am a guys so i cant help much but just go to your nearest grocery store or drugstore that you can put your foot to and just read it.
look it up on google or something. or go buy a bunch of tampons yourself and read the instructions. its not that hard once you get the hang of it.
Just ask her... or buy your own, or go to Shopper'S Drug Mart and look at the package.
