Ahh i'm so angry next to myself :@?
i was on a good siet i lost a few cm around my hips! and then i go away for a few days. I just splurged and i know i will have put on weight! how can i acquire back to my diet??
Okay that is scheduled to me right now.Umm i know how horrible it feels.. I did really bad near cookies, and doughnuts, soda, taco bell, eating when I was full, laying around... Well what I'm doing and it seem to be working is drink alot of water.Get plenty(but not too much) of fiber...umm eat...Get exersise even if its just walking 2 miles a morning briskly. Soon your digestive system will get rid of all of those guilty pleasures... Then continue on your diet..Also may i reccomend a low calorie nutrient dense , but sweet cereal...It can really support with cravings.. Ever since i started using that when i crave i splurge alot less often. It feel good not being bloated with adjectives that junk.grrr..but it feels so good intake it i kno...C'mon just be strong.Also be SURE to drink water or who knows the shipment u loose could turn out to be water weight
