I don't know what to buy?
should i spend all my money on a phone.

buy lots of clothes and shoes.
i need clothes i don't have much [i get rid of a lot] and my phones broken

Woah girl! Don't spend so much on a phone, just take a cheap one, or wait until your plan is up and you can get it on discount or something. What phone network do you own? Then spend the rest on new clothes for school:)

Oh, then I guess if you wear uniform, and you really have need of a new phone, I say, just bring back one that's not as expensive, but if you are really set on getting this phone, go for it!! Then you'll still have SOME left for clothes :D

with the money you have saved up, you should get hold of a phone.
You can try and find a cheaper phone, $280 is greatly.
And then spend the rest on clothes.
I'm sure if you need clothes your parents [etc.] would buy some/ help clear for some for you.
