What are some things i can do outside for a 13 year outdated?

Answers:    Run around your neighborhood for exercise - bring your ipod and try to run as far as you can, bring your cell in case you seize lost - explore new territory!
Sports? Throw a ball against your house, basketball, handball, tennis, etc.
Hopscotch? Jumprope? HulaHoop?
Mow the pasture - for hecks.
Make a garden, plant some flowers and stuff - its actually pretty fun.
Have a pool nearby? Go swimming
Take a bike ride, scooter ride, or skate around places.
Butterfly catching? Kite flying? If it's almost dark, try catching fireflies - agree to them go though!
Walk your dog?
Look at the stars and try to find some constellations - print out a map online.
Telescope? Look for aliens?
Barbecue w/adult supervision.
Try breaking in to your room.

Call a friend, and invite them over - all this stuff will be much more fun next to a friend.
