15 year feeble on contraceptive pill Dianette?
Hi today I was prescribed Dianette for my acne, it's pretty much a last resort as I have tried everything else. I a short time ago wanted to ask a few questions...Oh and if you have be on Dianette please tell me how it worked for you!
1.when will I notice a difference in acne (I know it say 3 months until full effects are noticed but when will i start seeing a change?)
2. I heard it make you gain weight like crazy - is this true?

hi. i'm 13 and i own been on BC for my periods and acne. it helped me. i'm not using Dianette though. on acne.org you can read reviews for Dianette.

bloodshed 2 birds with one bullet (^.~) lol. most girls are already on birth control pills anyways by 15.
but i strongly recommend against using any medicine unnecessarily (prescription or off the counter). virtuous guys don't care about wat a girl looks like or any of her other physical characteristics (they lately want someone with a good heart, someone who is loving, someone who is honest, etc and they do not any of those external superficial characteristics). but if u wanna be bang by the hottest and/or richest of men, then acne wud be a problem.
but don't worry too much about external aesthetic for even the most beautiful of women will loose it someday (everyone gets old u know)
Did you try proactive? My brother have horrible acne and it helped that clear it up for him.
you wont gain much weight, if any it will be water weight.
and your ance might draw from a little worse before it gets better.
Answers: i'm on a different pill, but for the same principle, called ocella which is the generic for yasmin, but here's my experience on the pill:
1. i noticed a change contained by my acne in the first two months or so. i still get minor breakouts around the time when i get my deduction, but for the most part my skin is clear.
2. some people gain weight, some don't; everyone have a different reaction. i know a lot of people who haven't gain weight on the pill, and some people who have, but for the most cog, it's not like you balloon or anything. it's more like a few pounds.
