How do you plan a bright and tight do && if i have one would anyone close to come?

haha i do have friends but love making make new ones. I hold recently been given more Independence by my parents & most of my current friends aren't the partying type.
I'm not joking just about inviting people on here either, if you seem nice & live surrounded by the area (kent) then it'd be cool if you could come along.
But yeah any ideas would be much appreciated.
