Teen... stopping smoking?
I really want to stop smoking because i'm pregnant. Im 13 but im not a slag because I was raped 3 months ago when I was drunk and I can't kill the toddler. Ive been smoking for 2 years so i now physically can't stop because it makes me have a feeling so horible n worthless and it makes me remember what happened. HELP!!xx
Smoking drinking and pregnant at 13? Seriously, maybe if you weren't drinking at such a young age you wouldn't of gotten raped. & I don't read how in the world an 11 year old can get away next to smoking cigarettes.
You could be killing the baby if you smoke when you are pregnant. Honestly, if you are pregnant you don't smoke, drink and all that!
Why don't you take some advice from someone at school? My school hold some forum where they test your carbon monoxide levels and consequently advise you to go to the chemist where they can volunteer things to wean you off cigarettes. Also, use willpower. Anyone can give up smoking but sometimes its something like this than forces someone to stop. I am sorry to hear in the region of you situation, but try and do what's best for you and your child now.

Try patches or tablets, check out your local pharmacist and they will recommend the best method to stop for you.
