ITouch or Zune HD??*need alot of answers please!!*?
Ok, so my birthday is August 11th, right now i have no mp3 player so I need one, I have a Zune 30gb up until september08, but I was victim to the zune 30gb crash of 08 and it mysteriously stopped working >.<. And currently i use my samsung behold as a mp3, but it's just not indistinguishable. So I want a mp3 asap, do you think I should just get the iTouch for my bday or should I dally until christmas and get the Zune HD when it comes out. And do you think the zune HD will be as cool as the iTouch, I kind of dont trust ms after my zunes mysterious demise..Thanks so much =]

I say walk with the Zune HD. IMO it looks to be a interesting player. If you are a gamer, it's rumored to be the portable for the Xbox 360 (not to mention the upcoming integration of the Zune Platform in to Xbox Live). The HD radio seems cool and the NVIDIA Tegra chip will craft it pretty powerful. In terms of size, I'm hanging on the rumor that 64GB thats supposedly coming out after the 16/32GB release in september. I speak go for larger sizes because if you have a player that can play movies in HD, you inevitability to have the space to hold HD movies. So one vote for the Zune.
Touch screens are totally overrated.
Just stick with a good weak iPod classic, or a nano.
I wouldn't trust Zunes after all the crashes.

Answers: I would go with the iTouch, because the iTouch has be out for a while, and you can already see the reviews of it. When the new Zune comes out, you will not know what it's like or anything yet.
As to the size of the mp3 player, it depends on how much music you own or want to put on it. I currently have a 4 gb iPod and it is completely full, with 1000 songs. Also, with the iTouch, it isn't a moment ago music and videos, there are also a bunch of applications you can get too, so pocket that into account when you are making your decision.
I'd go with the iPod. I had a quantity of creatives over a few years, all of which broke in some way or form; so i finally resorted to an iPod. You really are better sour going with the iPod. So many accessories are mortal built for it, and the app store is endless. You will constantly be updating your iPod with new apps as they are so frequently added. Definitely move about for the iPod.

For the size? What ever you feel your parents can afford, and it also depends on how much music you have.
I would get a 16 Gb, but if you can, get the 32 Gb.

ipod touches are amazing get one!!
i'd get the 16gb b/c i enjoy alot of music and like to put lots of movies and apps on it but if you aren't going to put movies on it I say the 8gb would be fine.
Just wait for the zune HD. when released compare the products and make an educated conclusion. they both have 32gb units. It seems that the Zune have some really cool features. i personally am getting the Zune, and who really utilizes apps on an mp3 player anyway.

iTouch all the way. I have have my iTouch for nearly 2 years now. Its an awesome mp3 player but not only is it an mp3 player but you have the internet as all right and all the apps too.
And its sleek and thin.
And I love it and I will have have it 2 years on August 25th.
So definately the iTouch.

8GB is not enough, 16GB is okay but if you want greatly of games/applications or films etc then I'd say 32GB.
I have the 16GB, my best friend have the 8GB.
Also I got my 16GB iTouch First Gen in 2007 for Christmas and it was approx lb260, presently you get the 32GB iTouch Second Gen for the same price.
It's unfair, you'd be as powerfully getting the 32GB if you can afford it.

depense what gb, how much do you use, i have a 16 gb and i still hold plenty of space on mine and i carry alot. my friend has 8 but she sdaid there is not enought but anything really
