I'm a 14 year old boy and iwanted to know if i can move in with my dad.. my parents own been divorced for quite some time now. my dad works for roadway and he drives for a long time resembling ...enough time for me to be home alone for 9 hours will they stil let me move in?(the court ) and plus my mom does'NT REALLY WANT me to so can you supply me info ?plz God bless
Try asking your dad personally, put in the picture him reasons why you want to move in with him. Then, chitchat to your mom, plot down good facts on why you should, and say that you still want to see mom a lot.
when i was going through the whole custody thing next to my parents the court went by how mature my brother and i were at that age we have an attorney (it was a nasty case my mom is crazy!) and she talk a lot for us but the judge didn't go by our age but by our parenthood and your dad may have to do something bout that job my dad had to quit his livelihood and find one where he was home more but just sit down and chitchat to your dad and find out thats reaally the best thing to do good luck though!! :)
i dont know they might they might not, ask your dad, see a lawyer, noone here will no the true answer
Yeah, your frail enough to decide which parent you wanna live with. And I don't reckon the court would care? Idk.
Answers: Your mum wants you.Don't act stupid...
If you ask !POLITELY! your mom to let you be in motion, not forever for like a month or two 'cause you miss your dad there's no need for court...
Then you could stay for long...You could even dance one week to your mom one to your father...
Don't hurt your mom...
As long as hes not a bad dad and you want to you could probably walk.
