What should i be for halloween?

i know its a few months away , but i like to be prepared.

i want to be able to wear super high heels (like 8 inch , the costume ones) and really extravagant fiddle eyelashes.
but i dont want to look like a **** , i want to look sexy , but not a ****.

so what could i dress up as that fits that criterea :)
