How do I convince my mom that...?
That I'm mature enough for a pet? I'm 15 and I asked her if I could get a hamster and she said no. And after I asked about a fish and she sAid no to that to! She says it's cause she other ends up taking care of it. But the last time I had a pet I be 10. So she's basing it off something that happened when I didn't construe everything.what should I do/say?
Do you have a friend with a pet? Ask your mom and your friend if you could babysit for a week to prove you can toy with it.
if thats not working out, tell her you were 10 and that your 15 in a minute...a fish is like nothing...a hamster is not a lot to ask for!
Ive have 3 hamsters since i was 9 and i took care of all of them myself. It be hard and sometimes a pain but im more responsible. She can't say you can't do it if you don't receive a chance right?

You are old enough to have a pet for yourself.
Convince her that have pets can improve your investigating skills and improve your social skills as well, as ably as improving your biology grades.
If you show her that you can be responsible by taking care of it all by yourself, she'll trust you.
If she does not agree even near all these steps, you should keep a pet in illegal. Afterall, you are old enough, and if you really want it you can get it yourself, since you are going to be responsible for taking support of it anyway.

Since she obviously won't believe you when you say that you will take vigilance of the pet, begin by showing her that you are responsible. [This is going to take a lot of TIME]
Do your chores minus being told, look after your siblings. Don't bug her about pets. Wait a month of two before bringing up the topic.if she snaps at you, subsidise down immediatly. Say "okay" and nothing more--the way you handle the situation will show her something.
[ALSO :Do you own a way for caring for the pet, that's also improtant when asking]

Just do a lot of chores around the house and show her you're responsible enough. Try to also take safekeeping of your room and clean up after yourself, because if you can't take care of yourself, how are you going to help yourself to care of a pet.
Just talk to her and explain. Tell her that you were ten and that you've grown up since the end time you had a pet. That you'll take care of it. Also do research on the pet you really want so that she know your serious.

Tell her in a very nice bearing that it would be a good way for you to learn responsibility. I have to do it to my mom when I wanted another dog. It worked, just make sure you don't acquire snappy or develop a bad attitude towards her. Maybe she'll come around.

That's how I got my parents to get my dog... he also got kill, but they knew how much he meant and then we get Bailey. It wasn't my fault he went down the street chasing a raccoon though so... do some things round the house. nd I've been 12 for resembling a a week and a half!
Drop subtle hints just about it, don't just tell her you're mature, use your wits!
Tell her you'll pay for all the expenses.
(then find an inexpensive pet, lol)
Tell her that it will be your responsibility, and she won't even have to go near it. she can pretend it doesn't exist!
