Do you whiten your teeth?
If so, what do you use?
How often?
Does it work? How long does it take to work?
Can I buy it at Wal-Mart?
I use whitening tooth paste, and cleaning gum and brush my teeth after I eat a spread.
And then every now and then I use that stuff where on earth you put the gel in a tray thats shaped like your teeth and do that. Not all the time though, because those whitening things verbs your teeth and can be really bad.
But yes you can get them at wallmart, about $30.
Starts working right away
Also, individual drink clear drink. Sprite, mtn dew, water, apple juice. It helps.
If you arise to smoke, try only sucking in the smoke on one side of your mouth or put the bud in far adequate that the smoke will only hit your back teeth.
And don't each blue berrys or tamato soup to normally.
Well besides doing the magical thing I call brushing your teeth, I do use other methods of whitening my teeth. I use the Crest strips and I've been using it for awhile immediately and I use it every single day before I go to bed. I only just put it on and I wait for like almost a half hour and consequently take it off and brush my teeth. For me it really does work. Before when I used to drink soda (I quit that stuff, I haven't had a drop contained by awhile) my teeth would be all stained from it and it's like no matter how much I brushed it be still slightly stained.
The strips worked nicely actually, they're pretty easy to use and it does work if you stick beside it. I mean if you use it once and then that's it I mean you're not going to see big, huge results. I use it everyday and I saw resullts in maybe one - two weeks. I'm not sure really but all I can say that I own pearly whites. :D
Yes you can buy them at Wal - Mart, Target and pretty much any Walgreens or any other store like that.
I can't because I have braces and if I whiten them, it won't be white beneath the brackets. I will after I get them off though.
You can get the 5 minute whitening apparatus they have at Wal-Mart.
