Now as appose to me already being upset, we have decided to be in motion July 18th- July 25th. That's what it sounds like anyway. My sister is taking her boyfriend down to the shore with us now. She is 17, and he is 18. I am going to be stuck beside my dad. Although my sister already said they'll hang out with me too, I don't care! I said that if she brings her boyfriend, I should receive to bring a friend with me. Since my sister and I are both not close with my father, she's going to get out of have to be with him everyday because since their teenagers, they can go where they want, when they want. [Not bar or anything, just like the boardwalk and stuff]. I am going into 7th grade. I am massively mature for my age. I know that if I went on the boardwalk alone with my friend, I wouldn't take into trouble, because I'm not like that. I have a crush on my next door neighbor down the shore and adjectives of my family knows but my dad. I don't wanna walk by his house near my dad! It would just be.. weird.
Anyways.. I don't think this is carnival.
Anything I can do to persuade my parents to let me bring my friend?
What are your opinions on this?
I say they leave you home crying again. You don't want to variety any effort to get closer to your dad and don't want your sister taking her boyfriend. You're not acting very matured. Me Me me me me me Whaaa! if you are out there with your friend how are you going to spend time with this crush of yours? or be you planning on dumpiong your friend when you se this guys? again whaaaaa me me me! If you are alone with dad, you would get the more gifts and things he would buy you as well as gain his undevided attention. MAYBE this would bring you closer to him. If not and you dont "want" to even try, stay home and get the house to yourself while you mom works.
Omg..get over it. So what if your parents arent going.. And just impose your sister is taking a boyfriend doesnt meanyou can take a friend..She is like 18 she can do what she wants..
Answers: ugh. yeah. i hold that problem. we go to the beah every year. it is fun because it is with my aunt and grandparents. so none of my parents are there. YAY!. anyway but my cousin he brings his friend. alot. similar to each summer sometimes. and I mean I know I am not paying for the trip and neither are my parents. but my grandma & grandpa are. anyway I am the only girl within my family and I am the third oldest. (a 16 year old and an 18 year old) so I am pretty much alone...except for my aunt and we are close. anyway it can be annoying because the 16 and 18 year olds go stale. tell him that it isn't fair. because you are going to feel disappeared out. you need to be treated equally. and you wouldn't want your sister to have to stay behind instead of lifeless with her bf. tell him that Just ONE friend. so you won't be bugging him. it will make you pleased. good luck!
Well I'm really sorry that your mom can't come =[
I meditate the only reason your sister is allowed to bring her boyfriend is because she's older which I feel is a bit unfair.
Tell your parents that you're sister and her boyfriend is a lot older than you and it will be tricky for you to get along with them; therefore you involve a friend that you could get along with well to come. I'm sure your parents wishes you to be happy on the vacation so tell them the individual way is to bring a friend.
Good luck!

Remember, you are singular in the 7th grade and you are not mature. I wouldn't allow my 17 yr antiquated daughter to bring a boyfried and stay in my same house. Maybe you should be able to bring a friend. Also, be honest with your dad. You can put in the picture him you like someone at the beach. You can even tell him who. He'll be a short time nervous but telling him will gain your trust. I'm a parent of a 15 yr old daughter.
