How do I become more happier ?

I'm going through depression & I jst cant stop crying . I miss my family and friends that are a million of miles away from me . When I try to talk to them, leave them a message and I don't catch anything from them not even a simple hello makes me wanna break down . I feel so alone . Can someone help me ?

Find something that make you happy. I was going through a time like that sorta to. I have friends and family in my life, I have my sports but I wasn't happy. Then I started dating one of my guy friends and I can't be any happier, all I do is smile. Find a sport or hobby you can begin to close to and that will give you even more friends and as for your other friends get a myspace or facebook and tell them to seize one to so you can talk a lot easier on there. I scrounging even get twitter (even though I hate it)

phone/email/write them, call on them, get a job you love, do what you love, find someone you love, ask a friend to come, send pictures of you and ask for pictures of your nearest and dearest. They WILL answer if you ask NICELY.
You should visit them once surrounded by a while.
For now, talk to them on the phone, e-mail them, write to them, MSN, AIM and any other communication.

Do you have any brand new friends living near you right now? If you do talk to them and hang down out with them.
What are your hobbies or what do you like to do? Do the things you love to do and it'll make you happier!

i haven't even moved or anything and i still don't have any friends.
im 13. times are really tough. my mom just makes me stressed out. i don't own a dad.
my mom always agrees with my sister. my grandma lives with us, and she other makes me do everything for her.

i feel like im not vital. i get over it by thinking about something else.
sometimes i just nick naps cause my dreams are waaayy better than reality. it make me happy for a while. then when i wake up i purely think that people in other places of the world are going through mode harder things. babies are getting neglected.. stuff like that.
