im 240 lbs and only 13 yrs old. and there is this really great caper that everyone talks about and its in the begining of the year and partly the summer is over. i want a cute date but all the guys i like or know think im only just a fat whale. PLEASE GIVE ME ADVICE for losing weight.btw i am seeing a doctor but not much has inproved! thank you :]
cut the cast-offs food out,exercise everyday and make sure you eat enough veg and fruit that's adjectives you need
Cut out the unwanted items food. Don't eat empty carbs like simple sugars after 6pm. Find a work out plan. STICK to the work out plan. be in motion to mypyramid.gov and make your own. i'm thirteen and i was edging 200 pounds and i've dropped a little bit.
-- it might not be as much as you, but i know how you touch.
but trust me when your young it comes off fast.
adjectives you have to do, is put some SERIOUS commitment into getting fit.
this means no more pigging out because you had a discouraging day, or ect. ect., it means doing something pyshical every day, besides gym class.
run on the treadmill for an hour, be in motion for a walk, do sit-ups every night. i can't tell you that your going to drop a punch of pounds simply like that, but if you really think you can do it, you can do it.
but don't loose faith surrounded by yourself, a year ago i developed an eating disorder, because i was starving myself, and i've gotten comfort, and really, i wasn't loosing that much weight anyways. just be confident in yourself, don't administer up.
and don't put yourself down. i know what it's like, but it helps every day if you stare at yourself and compliment something, approaching your hair or your eyes. whoever said skinny was beautiful, near are really ugly skinny people to (:
