A seemingly cheerful girl say she go to a consultant?
One of my friends who is always the happy one- says she have a therapy appt today and she goes twice a month. I asked her why she goes, and she said "Well at first I go because of my break up, but now I don't need it for that, I go a moment ago to keep my life in perspective."
What does that be set to?
First of adjectives, happy people do go to psychoanalysis (not to imply you were suggesting otherwise). I am a very well person (save a traumatic incident recently), and I go to therapy twice a month as economically.
I think what she means is that she never wants to have a sneaking suspicion that her life has no problems. By going to therapy, her energy is put in perspective because she realizes she is not invincible, if that makes sense.
I devise everyone should got to therapy every once in a while, even therapist.
People tell me I am one of the most merry people they have ever met.
Unfortunately that doesn't mean that I'm not hurting inside.
Everyone have their own problems, even people who come off as "happy". Teens in focused have a lot going on between the drama of school time, raging hormones, boy problems, peer pressure, parent divorces etc. Although these problems are very common, they are still painful and it's appropriate that your friend goes to therapy so she can let them out to someone she trusts and draw from feel better about herself. Even though she's "over her break up" life go on and with life, comes daily stresses and problems. Her psychoanalyst is just a good outlet for her and helps her quality better, it's very common of people to do so and you should support her for it!
she needs someone to talk to and numeral out her life with.
its normal.
Im a seemingly joyous person and i go to a therapist once a week. although im not really cheerful. not saying that your friend is like me btw
Well I go to a therapist and I'm happy for the most part of a set. for me it's for my anxiety disorder. But she probably means she just needs something to comfort keep her life happy and hold her life in a good place but at one and the same time keep it at a level that's easy for her to handel and not to complicated to live with.
It routine she is smart enough to know that everyone can use a little help sorting their duration and thoughts out. If everyone saw a therapist they trusted the world would be a little more happy. :) I love my Therapist
Sounds like she is doing the right entry. Appearances can be decieving...she may be smiling on the outside, but she may be crying on the inside...or perhaps the therapy is helping and this is why she is happy.
I wish I hold a therapist to go to...sometimes having a devout friend close helps too.
she's axiom it's just nice for her to be able to talk roughly speaking her life and get some outside insight on her problems, however small they might be.
not only depressing people see therapists.
Answers: It means that in the past she have had a hard time coping with the events within her life and she sought out help from a third person (aka: therapist). Now, she is aphorism she goes because it keeps her life down to mud and she is better able to handle events that might have otherwise given her problems short seeing a therapist. Therapy is not just for troubled people, it is for empire who are smart enough to know that their coping mechanisms are not necessarily great and they do best with discussion things out with someone who is not judgemental or related to the incidents.
Some people hide their problems. Its adjectives.
